Deliverider is a young well-founded startup.

We provide an efficient, technology-enabled logistics service for retailers working online. We enable them to sell low-cost-non-inventory products, in the same basket, alongside their in-store inventory, without the need to hold and manage third-party inventory in large and expensive warehouses.

Our office is located in Tel Aviv and the positions offered below are on a hybrid work model.

Senior PHP Developer

Description:

A PHP Back End Developer to join our Technology and Development center in Tel-Aviv, Israel. As a PHP Back End Developer, you will be part of the Development team, help define and develop Deliverider's revolutionary platform and infrastructure.

As a PHP Back End Developer you will:

Work closely with the CTO and offshore teams
Ensuring our code is of the highest quality by practicing and evangelizing engineering best practices (code reviews, pairing, etc)
Take part in defining and setting the technological roadmap and architecture
Manage the full lifecycle of services — from initial setup and release to day-to-day CI/CD. Passionate about building software to streamline and automate service deployment and operation for Developers

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a php developer
Experienced with SQL databases
Experienced in designing and implementing API’s
Deep architectural understanding of e-commerce applications
Knowledge and understanding of work in modern CI environment: version control, build tool, CI server
Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
Eager to learn more about new languages and frameworks
A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance

Advantages:

Worked with AWS in the past
BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with CS-Cart/Open-Cart or other e-commerce frameworks
